About Mitzner Consultants

My Story

As a top-performing salesperson, I know what it takes to be successful in today's business landscape. I began my career in media at two of the largest ad agencies in the world before taking on growth roles at a number of startups and established brands. In the spring of 2023 I found myself lost, killing it at work but simultaneously killing myself. I was fulfilling aggressive quotas but not finding true fulfillment. After a soul-searching journey I launched a sales consultancy dedicated to helping sales professionals and organizations understand how to create sustainable sales and living practices.

My Approach

Salespeople are the outward-facing talent of an organization yet oftentimes they are managed with blanket policies and ideas that are not applicable. My approach involves treating salespeople like athletes, ensuring mental and physical systems are healthy so that they can perform their best. Through rigorous honesty, transparency, and trust I work with salespeople to optimize their everyday lives, which is then reflected in their output. I work with sales leaders to help them better understand how to lead their organization and connect with their constituents. This dual approach creates cohesion and efficiency that allow sales orgs to avoid unnecessary tension, create quality company culture, and achieve their goals.

My Specialties

I specialize in helping clients with stress management, time management, and personal development. I leverage my experience and my story to help others identify and understand the steps needed to overcome obstacles and find a level of inner-peace to deal with tight deadlines and aggressive sales goals. Throughout my sales career I have been a top-performer and have developed the habits, routines, and self-care methods needed to excel in this space. I am currently working through certifications in breathwork and life coaching to further enhance my ability to help sales teams thrive.
